Steamy Windows

Has anyone noticed other drivers on the motorway travelling along, totally oblivious to the fact that all of their windows are steamed up? My old boss did it in his BM'. He'd switch the fan and a/c off completely and then wait until he'd fogged up and switch it back on.

I notice other strange phenomona that I'd also like to mention regarding driving but I'd be accused of racism.
