ADAC website - tyre reviews

Does anyone understand the scoring system on the ADAC website? Now I know its in German, I can get around that with my basic language skills and online translators.

But is 1 a good score or a bad score? I thought it was out of 5 but I've seen some reviews with scores of 5,5
Can someone please explain this to me?

Lower the number, the better the score I believe.

That is a brilliant site and the stuff they do there is precisely the opposite of what I see the AA & RAC doing - helping the motorist.

That's correct. The lower the number the better is the result. The best tyres are at the top of the list:

Seems to be a common scoring system in Germany, comes from the way they school homework marking I believe.

Demerit points are awarded in each category from 1 (very good) to 6 (unsatisfactory).
