Best way to Let a room?

Hey,

Ive got a double room in my Apartment im looking to let out.

Ive tried gumtree and company noticeboard but not much interest.

Anyone on PH managed to let a room out via other means?

Its in Wakefield/Leeds btw.

easyroommate.com is a good alternative to gumtree, failing that ebay a room for 6mths!!

I'd recommend easyroommate.com as I used it to find the room I'm currently in and my housemate is fab.

It is me that is renting a room from the house-owner and she is female and also recently moved her boyfriend in so the answer to that would be that I haven't slept with her!

There is no "dirtyness" as you put it - well at least I would imagine not as she's a nurse.

And I'm definitely not sleeping with her bloke - he is generally the most boring and unattractive man I've ever had the misfortune to meet. Oh and he has the most disgusting hairy back - errrgggh!

The only person I'm sleeping with in that house is my OH when he stays over.
