Someone has decided to pay Wayne and Colleen for doing stuff, they think it is worthwhile, well done to them both.

I wouldn't be upset if I was being paid that much to basically write some drivel and give up editorial rights to it.

Ah but his point is I suspect that the guy has no other talents that would earn him 90k in three years let alone a week, so you could pay him what you liked and he'd still do it. Clubs will wise up to this one day. Probably when advertising revenue bottoms out and lots of clubs start going bust.

Capitalism works because ultimately joe public gets to decide what each persons salary in life is worth.
