Mood Swings / Mr Good-Natured

I know it's sometimes difficult to say, but how often would you say you're in a bad/foul mood? My own mood swings when I'm anxious about work or family, but I would say it only flares about twice a month.

What is it that puts you in a bad mood and what are your characteristics when in one?

Im pretty fking happy/ annoyed alot of the time of late

Never very angry. Sometimes, miffed, though. I go a bit quiet.

Don't get mad often I'm very laid back but if i do get mad which usually takes alot to push/annoy me is and then after a few minutes

In the 4.5 years that I've worked for myself - I've found I'm a happy chap 99% of the time.

However things that put me in a bad mood:

Being Hungry
Waiting for women to get ready / generally faff around
Certain adverts on telly


...I think it was just my boss, office environment, workshop mentality, clients, Boss's wife, stupid foreign secretary and sales guy that used to cause my bad moods.
