What is this item?

I'm in desperate need tofind something i've only seen in films. But, its a glass wall that must measure around 6" x 12", its a panel of squares that when you look through it, splits the image into those squares, like a desktop video wall. I saw one in a film and wanted one but don't know whats its called. Its something similar to this;



Can anyone help me??

Thats the closest thing i could find, but yes, the one i want sits on a desk and looks like minature video wall.
