Is there anything particularly note-worthy from there thats worth having if you can get it?

Absolutely correct! Rates have gone from HKD16 v GBP to 11.3 v GBP in the last 4 months. Great if you are paid in HKD and send money back to the UK, absolutely ste the other way round (I assume you earn GBP?)
