What telly package?

I'm not sure if this has been asked before so please bear with me..

I am moving house soon, and for a while I have had sky telly, and a seperate internet connection through BT. On the whole both of them have been fine.

I am moving soon, and want to get a better deal. The shortlist is

The place is in the country, so won't be on cable TV
I'd like the internet and TV package combined
Currently pay £36 per month for unlimited net and sky TV
Not bothered about sport or movie channels
Want to have wireless so I can put a cheap laptop in the garage, and be able to use a main laptop around the rest of the house and garden.

I mainly like discovery channel stuff and the missus ikes things like CSI and documentaries.

Any idea what the best way to go is?
