Nature or Nuture?

Have booked an hours go karting for my son in January to celebrate his tenth birthday. Amongst those he's chosen to invite is the son of a former racing driver. Be interesting to see if that means he'll be an outstanding natural driver or whether it's something you need to learn.

Very tempted to reduce the invite list so I can race aforementioned driver

Hell why not make it a double date merc man? You can hook up with his dad, and the kids, well...!

Chances are the driver’s child will have been messing about in karts since they could find one he could touch the peddles of so it’ll be a bit of a skewed test.

on one of the PH midlands karting meets I set up we had 3 famous bike riders as suprise guests

I put chris walker into the tire wall, spun out trying to nip cal crutchelows rear wheel on the first corner and steve plater managed to dodge every single attempt i made at crashing him up.

was good fun, they destroyed everyone except PHer ballistic who blatantly cheated and didnt honour the rules for teams swap over etc.
