Wind up air raid siren.

Anybody know where I can find a wind up air raid siren?

Would like to have one for work when we get a job come in.

Have seen wind up fire alarm bells on ebay etc, but a siren would be better.

Someone at a 4x4 show I was at many moons ago fitted a two tone train horn to a jeep - god that was loud! Everyone jumped round expecting to see a train coming towards them!

I wonder how much trouble you would get in to if you took one of those WW2 style sirens to a very busy city centre and used it...would everyone panic and start running around like eejits?

Why not just one of these air / fog horns from a boating shop? They're so loud that in a confined space, your guaranteed to relieve all symptons of constipation.

They're still in use in Germany, on the first Saturday of every month they wail away as a test for the fire brigade, can be pretty spooky if you're not expecting it
