Digital Camera under £70

Is it possible to get a decent digital camera for under £70. Looking to get brother one for christmas, doesnt need to be anything great, he will be taking it skiing in February and then wont see all that much use i suspect. Any recommendations or good websites to look on?

Asda have one for £70, don't know if it meets your criteria of decent.
I wasn't looking for one, just happened to spot the sign as I swerved to avoid being run over by a woman with an out of control trolley!

As do Tesco - only 5MP iirc but some video ability, can directly upload to youtube etc.

Only saw it in passing - try their website.

Ebuyer do a Samsung S760 for ~£50. http://www.ebuyer.com/product/142414

The first one we got broke but was replaced with a good one which seems pretty good.

Might be worth looking at second hand. You can get brand new PC World/Currys cameras for that sort of money, but I'd be tempted by something with a little more range and quality. Dont know if second hand for a present is your thing though

you're better off spending £20 more and getting a panasonic LZ8.

www.dpreview.com is an excellent place to get camera reviews and info - LZ8 just won their budget camera review
