I reckon it will get worse however the Government wont let it go below 1:1, it would be political suicide.

I think it's fair and reasonable to say that the gentlemen
of the City have voted with their feet on the veracity of
the current party in power in the UK.

Billions of pounds have already left the UK for richer pastures
elsewhere.

For me, it's only a matter of time before the current lot are replaced
by the other lot and then they spend a few years tidying up the mess made.

I'd hang onto every Euro you've got for as long as possible.
The lads in Frankfurt tend to play a long game.

There is lots of speculation that the euro will drop towards summer next year as the euro has been so high for the last few months.

Indeed. The current New Labour muppetry inherited a golden economic legacy and p!ssed it up the wall. Now they're knocking the wall down and the country with it. The only mess in 1997 was the messed up thinking of those who foolishly voted Labour.

As to euros, who knows.
