Just been talking to a mate and hes has just been bked for parking in a mother and child spot at the supermarket by a woman, she seemed to think that even tho he was there with his 3 year old, it still doesnt give him the right to park right outside the supermarket. She thinks that its exculsively for women and children only.

The tears of laughter have just about stopped rolling down my face...

In the end he just walked away to all the abuse and went shopping.

Please tell me he was not in the wrong and it really is down to a complete devoid of common sense on her behalf.

Woman is out of order as it should not matter what sex the parent is.

But on the other hand, a parent with child of 3 should by now be using the normal parking spaces. I have a 3 year old and do not use the parent and child spaces anymore. My son can climb in and out of the car himself and therefore I no longer need to fully open the door to lift him in. But each to their own.
