PS3 at Woolworths?

Now that Woolies is clearing stock at 50% off does anyone know if they sell PS3 consoles? Their web site has been pulled down and the nearest Woolworths to me is miles away.
I took a wander into Woolies yesterday don't be fooled by the big 50% off signs everywhere ,a lot of the electrical stuff, games consoles and games are only 10% off.Discounts seem to go up in increments of 10 percents though so if you where in the area I would say go take a look ,I ended up walking out empty handed as I follow the "its only a bargain if you where going to buy it anyway rather than buying something because it was cheap".
no chance, wollies own the distribution company, and would only be making about £10 on a full price ps3 in the first place, they would have sent everything like that back to the distribution co. who's clients also include hmv, play etc etc to be sold at full price.
No real suprise, I used to own a video game store in the uk, and quite ofter our trade suppliers would tell us to buy stock directly from wollies stores as it was cheaper then trade prices, they must have been making pennies on stock costing £30+, hardly a good business model.

Same with almost all consumer electronics.Amazon are selling amplifiers for significantly less than I can buy them for.
Its an absurd situation.

5 of us from work took a visit yesterday (Bracknell Chav Central...) - we all left empty handed.
Massive queues of unwashed buying discounted tat - there was nothing worth buying except CDs and tins of chocolate - both only discounted 10% and both still stacked high.

I was in Woolies yesterday and I have to say that this is no closing down sale. I have seen closing down sales before, where everything must go, but this was more of a clearing a load of stock sale.
Some items were discounted, but the 50% off items were things like cards and wrapping paper - items which naturally slow down now anyway. You might be lucky to get maybe 25% on some older toys and similar, but anything else you will be lucky to get 10%.
Of the bigger items such as TV's, set top boxes and games consoles WERE NOT DISCOUNTED.
Closing down my arse.
