Why? Do we now need quotas on convictions based upon race? You will find that blacks probably make up a very disproportionate amount of prison population here. Some may call that "racist". However, the majority of their crimes were committed against other blacks; therefore, ask the family of the black victim if locking up the perp is "racist".

Excuse my rant if you were simply asking a neutral question. However, if You were being self righteous and preaching from on high your view of "racism" in the U.S. justice system, you really have no idea.
