Hampers

I've decided to order an Hamper for my dad and his squeeze for Xmas. Can anyone recommend a good retailer for these?

I was thinking JL? Any other Ideas?

I usually send hampers to clients problem is they are usally full of stuff no one eats like pickled camels scrotum or the like.
This year we decided to send a selection of wines with a port and champagne think bout £130 a go which is cheaper than a hamper and usally just as well recieved.

Problem is the old fella doesn't really drink and certainly not wine.

Your idea would appeal to me as the recipient though.

JL, Harrods, usual suspects.

Try seeing if there is a decent deli near to him, you might find that they do hampers I know a couple on worcester area and one in suffolk/norfolk area. You don't end up paying for the name and get a much nicer spread, being able to tailor to the individual.

Although I will probably buy one locally and take it down there, he's 70 miles away.

I got the outlaws a Fortnum's hamper last year which they loved. It's good quality stuff for less that you might expect.

Would have to be Fortnum and Mason for me, got my Mum one from there for her birthday.

M&S do some decent hampers, with stuff people might actually like. And a good selection of wines.

You need a trolly, £100 cash and a hamper. Go to M&S and pick tasty looking things and buy. Then stuff in hamper.

Dont let them choose the product lines that no one likes and the stuff that is going out of date.
