I've had a crap day, come home in a mood, watched that with a LARGE Shiraz and now I feel OK!

Deciding which to carry out on the bh who tried to grass on me to the Principal I had more than an hour for lunch, who was then informed I am self employed and I can do what I like!

I get annoyed at them when some of them won't pull their weight or when one in particular sucks up to the bosses, the rest of the time their ok

There's a woman at work who puts things down wrong on her invoices and then goes "You've done this wrong" when I type them up and send them to the client: (This was this morning btw)

"Can you do this invoice?"

"Sure."

...

"You've put VAT on it, it's no VAT."

"Oh? Probably because you put PLUS VAT on it..."

"Will you change it?"

"Okay."

...

"These aren't the same bank details we used last time?"

"I updated the last invoice I have on file for this client; these are the bank details we used last time."

"Okay, well can you add the RBS details please?"

"Okay."

...

<Ring Ring>

"I can't copy the bank details off the pdf..."

<Me snapping> "Oh this is getting ridiculous now. Why do you want to? They're ON the invoice."

"...Because they've already got the invoice, I just want to send them the bank details."

"Well they've got the bank details now, they're on the amended invoice."

"Oh. Okay..."

...

Then sends me an e-mail 10 minutes later saying her ears are burning on hearing me agreeing with her colleagues that her laziness is causing unnecessary work, then has the audacity to tell me to shut up and do what I'm paid to do?!

She wormed her way out of what happened next.
