Anyone for Turkey?

Personally, I hate turkey and always cook an alternative, which once seen and smelt, is usually demanded for by the buggers who profess to like turkey, damn their eyes. By alternative, It can be Beef Wellington, Roast Lamb. Last year I fancied Baked Ham. It proved to be such a treat, I almost didn't get any myself.
There was bloody turkey in the fridge and freezer for ages afterwards.
