Has anyone else seen this clicky ?

If it was a private pension do you think they'd have to repay the extra?

Synopsis...thousands of public service pensioners have been overpaid for 30 years..Darling says they won't have to pay it back...

They will probably contract some IT company to develop a system to collect the monies owing more efficiently, that will
cost roughly 20% more than the value retrieved.

Most unfortunate, I can see why it wouldn't be cost effective to reclaim it, but the Scottish parliament are just plain wrong for continuing to compound the error.

I suppose they will but that wasn't the reason I postsed it...just wondered whether a "private" pension company would have so much largesse with money....

Can't go back more than six years to reclaim.....and they wouldn't want the bad publicity, further it may be 'unlawful' anyway.
