Recommend me a camcorder

Can someone recommend me a palm camcorder about £250 ish
Should i be looking at a hard disc or cassette/disc type? is this right
I dont have a clue where to start

Any ideas?

It'll have to be quite high quality, redtube doesn't really rate poor res vids!
