table tennis anyone?

so anyone into table tennis? reason i ask is recently been playing against a couple of friends but reg get beat due to them playing a lot when they were younger. so although ive closed the gap somewhat ive run out of ideas and fancy a bit of coaching but where do i start? please help before i smash my bat into a million pieces!!
