Manchester apartment buyers lose their deposits

Seems many have problems getting their deposits back even though the planned development has been put on ice. Funnily , a friend of mine was contacted by this company about 2/3(surprise) years ago with many big promises, he had better sense.

I read this week that DH are facing a class action at the moment. Have a look on the "Crains" website.

Reading through that thread it seems that when people ask for their money back they send round the heavies to shut them up.
