Late delivery excuses

I contacted the company to ask about an item which was late for delivery, this was the reply.


Hi 993AL,

Thank you for your email.

I’m sorry that you haven’t received your order, xxxxxxx, from Txxxo Dxxxxt yet. I understand how frustrating this must be for you.

I have checked with our courier and they advised me that they were unable to find your property. The courier should have left a calling card advising you of this.

If you could provide us with further delivery directions then I would be more than happy to pass this onto the courier company for you.

I have refunded your delivery charge for you as a gesture of good will to apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Thank you for your patience and understanding with this issue.
