More than slightly ironic?

I was working in a Catholic Primary school today, and in the hall next to the room i was working in the children where having there end of year disco. now the DJ was playing all the normal crappy kids party songs, until that is he stuck on "I kissed a girl" by Katie Perry.

Now can anyone else see the irony in a load of kids from a catholic primary school jumping around singing "i kissed a girl and i liked it"

If thats true that is ridiculous. If I were there I would made it a point to make sure whoever authorized or continued to let that song play be rightly reprimanded.
