Well I guess I probably should have known from her demeanour, but I still can't help blaming myself for not noticing.

My eldest daughter is outwardly perfectly normal and happy, you certainly wouldn't know anything was wrong from looking at her. But looking back, the signs were there. I missed them and I've only got myself to blame.

Last night she finally plucked up the courage and told me.

"Dad, I'm a vegetarian" weeping

What's a man to do, I feel such a failure as a parent. Is there any way I can "turn" her back to normal?

If that, prepare roast chicken as 2nd line of assault. Bound to work.

Pin her to the floor, kneel on her chest, force her mouth open then drop little pieces of raw chopped liver into her mouth.

That should show her the error of her ways.

1. Ask for a DNA test, check she really is "yours"
2. Kill her buryy her under the patio.
3. Disown her
4. At the very least disinherit her "No bloody hippys are getting my money" (best delivered in a northern accent)

I'm afraid her being vegetarian does rather mark you out as a bit wanting in parental skills HRG, maybe its just a phase though eh? Chin up.

Curing her will take roast meat. (no pork sword jokes gentlemen, behave please this is the mans child after all)
The worst veggies I have ever met were always eventually turned by frying bacon or a roast.
