Scum! ****ing Scum of the Earth...
Discussion
I just don't get it anymore; it never makes sense. Whilst others are sat here typing about fallen heroes and were all showing our respect/admiration for the armed forces/emergency services I had the great displeasure of meeting one of the 'local scrotes'!
I popped upto Asda in the vein hope I might be able to acquire some much needed Christmas presents - before entering the store I used one of three cash machines to check my balance (and weep at the money coming out of my Porsche fund!).
Whilst doing so I was aware of the presence of an individual lurking behind me and others at the machine; description as always matched that of your grade A clown - hooded up, scarf round mouth/nose and just prouncing around like a general idiot!
Whilst waiting for the machine to return my card I peered over my shoulder and caught a glance of this gent of which I received a torrent abuse along the lines of 'what the f
k are you looking at, your four eyed prick! What the f
k are you gonna do, t
t?'.
I'm a mild-mannered person normally, but with the panic of the Christmas rush upon me and the fact in my mind that he was looking to mug someone (his whole demeanour around the machine more than obviously showed he was ready to do a purse snatch or similar...it happens around these parts!) I told him what I was going to do...
He didn't seem to want to hang around much longer as he skulked away into the distance like a rat in the gutter. It sums it all up to me, scum of this Earth who steal, harm and hurt others don't get what they deserve, whilst the lives of brave, warm hearted people serving their country are in imminent danger - illustrates the injustice in this World.
Oh and Asda if you're reading; get your security to do their job rather than be prancing around at front of the store, all pretty dressed as a f
king elf! Actually scrap that, the fat elderly b
d wouldn't have prevented anything anyway.
Rant over! Do I get a Blue Peter badge for my efforts?
I hasten to add though, I deal with this on a daily basis and am prepared for it. Its a rarity though that it happens out of uniform; and I have to say I can see how alarming/distressing this could be for joe public.
Anyone ever found themselves in a similar scenario?

Yeah good for you it amazes me the amount of morons about.
I remember getting some money out of a cashpoint in a small Hertfordshire village (very nice place, where my parents live). I was running late for a train and the guy in front of me was just putting in his 3rd card! I sigh (maybe a bit loudly), but he was being amazingly selfish.
He then turns around telling me to mind my own f
king business and do I want a fight - what at 7:30am in a quiet little village? He then finishes and shoulder barges me - I wasn't going to move out the way of him, spins round and screams 'come on then'
I just laughed at him and said does he really expect a fight at 7:30am and does he realise how rediculous he looks - he just sloped off as everyone else started laughing at him

At a cash point at Asda? Certainly not, sir!
Good rant, though. I presume the 'uniform' comment means you could have arrested the little prick but would have to explain yourself if you gave him the beating he so clearly deserved.

I normally refer to it as 'emergency services personnel'. I hasten to add no violence ensued, strong words of advice ensured the cowardly idiot skulked off...JRM said:

Sorry but if some one sighed like that behind me I would have put another card in even if was one of the three previous. As you have said early morning quiet place so a perfect time for him to have a look at all his accounts.
Mate if he was going to rob you he would have had even more of an excuse ( in his own mind ) if you had done that.
Sounds like a young lad posturing and copped a earful, slunk off. Not the visous little thug you seem to think he was, had he been you would probably have endded up "rushed", "jumped" or "dashed up".
The scum you r referring to don;t slink off when a bloke gobs off, that s just fuel in the fire to them.
