Not tonight, and nowhere near as many miles, but I'm going to a little village near Aylesbury on Wednesday which accounts for exactly 400 miles give or take one or two.

Wouldn't be so bad but I have to try hard to squeeze 25 MPG out of the heffer so that means an average speed of 56 MPH!! rolleyes

Gone are the days of aiming to do it in 4 hours!*

*(It has been done! wink )

Edited to add a space so a '*' would appear. (<<<<-and that bit!)

I drove Huston to New Jersey, two drivers, food and toilet stops only.
That wasn't the problem....the next two days were.

Drive safely.

Aberdeen to Mull of Kintyre. 6 hours with no motorways/duel carrageways! Very, very scenic though... I'll try to do it all in daylight. Except I may be going via Aviemore which turns it into an eight hour drive!
