How can I turn a Pantone refernce into a Paint code?

I need to do some decorating in out office over the xmas break and short of just holding a paint colour chart next to a business compliment slip, is there any way of quoting a pantone reference then getting a paint code for that colour?

Depends on where you are getting your paint from.

What's the pantone code? I may be able to convert to the nearest RGB/CMYK (but unless you are painting your your with a printer, it may be useless!)

The Pantone Refs are 021 Orange, and cool grey 6.

I'd just take a swatch of the pantone colour to a paint mixing store. I've had it done with car paint in the past without issue.
