How to cheer yourself up?
Discussion
Damn, I've had the worst 2 days. Well sure as hell feels like it. I seemed to contract either that novovirus or food poisoning. Anything I ate of drank came back up within 15 or 20 minutes. I would be freezing cold and then boiling hot. I'm over the worst now, but still feel pretty light headed (lack of food?) and spaced out.
I also have dumped my gf. I have only been seeing her a cpl of months max but I just didn't think things would work out. I am an emotional retard (maybe all us guys are like that?) and don't get emotions for many things. I do feel bad for her because she's really distraught and won't stop crying.
Bad stuff usually seems to happen around Xmas. Also, my family are going away to the Far East on Boxing Day for 2 weeks which is also getting me down a bit.
I feel pretty down and very detached from life at the moment but not sure what to do. I'm thinking a decent film to cheer me up? Either that or a couple of g's of charlie.

Masturbation releases a massive amount of endorphines(sp?) into your system, it also helps you relax and helps you clear your mind easy.

This should cheer you up. Since last Wednesday my mother-in-law has been in hospital and we've found out that they suspect she has dementia. She took a nasty fall and is fairly badly bruised and has lost feeling down one side. A minor stroke is also a possibility.
She's confined to bed and has now had a catheter fitted as she can't use the loo. Also she has also probably contracted the norovirus from another patient. My wife is in pieces and I'm trying to hold it together for the sake of our children as well as having to work. Wife was on the phone in tears this morning as she is convinced her Mum is going to die in hospital just like her Dad did. Altogether it is looking like it's going to be a fairly crap Christmas.
There, doesn't seem so bad now does it.
