I would just like to say that this is, quite possibly, the most hateful place on the face of this planet.

To the big fat fatties who aimlessly waddle around smelling of sweat - have an angry face: mad

To the idiots who think it's a great idea to wander round with a double width pram - you also get an angry face: mad

To the couple who've run out of patience and have a barny in the middle of WH Smith over what presents to buy - you get a laughing face for being oh-so-typical of Christmas shopping: hehe

To the smug woman in the AX who pinched my parking place by going the wrong way up the car park and gave me THAT smug grin (you bh) - these are specially for you : madshootmadshootmadshoot

Am I alone in my dislike for this horrid, horrid place?

A double width pram? In a huge, wide shopping centre? That must be awful.

I think it is perfectly acceptable as an out of town shopping centre, nothing particularly hateful about it.

Has the M5 past it turned into a giant car park yet?

Yep

Quite a bit smaller than Bluewater, but parking, and driving in and out, seems easier.

It's all very well until they get into a shop.

And yes, the inside lane was a mile and a half long car park earlier.

It is without doubt one of the most hateful places on this planet; I have succeeded in avoiding it this Christmas.....and my shopping experience has been all the better for it!

It's a horrible place full of horrible people. I once had my arm twisted to go there on the 27th of Dec by a mate. Given the traffic, I used nearly a tank of petrol to make the 40 mile round trip.

And you've just reminded me I have to drive past it on the way to my folks later. Ta.

Slightly off topic - but still ranting about smelly people:

I walked past a smelly today that was SO bad it actually turned my walk into a bit of a stagger! yuck

Do these people become immune to their own stench!? Do they Like to smell worse that the south end of a north bound cow?

It was SO bad the smell actually lodged in my head for a short while afterwards.

Cribbs Causeway is good!

Not at this time of the year, though.

I particularly hate the stty kids who rush up after school trying to recreate a scene from a music video. fk off. They don't even buy anything, they just take up a load of space and annoy everyone.

Around 10:30am is the best time to go when it's not silly season or a half term.

I was in there at lunchtime - the carpark is like a warzone, I saw some guy in a 307 reversing onto a high kerb to park on the path at the end of a parking row, next to some bushes.

Smart arse that I am, I parked in the empty carparks next to KFC/BK/Vue and walked 2 mins under the underpass.

The southbound M5 is now very slow, with a huge tailback of people waiting to leave at the Cribbs exit - the queue is almost back to the Almondsbury exit. What they don't realise is that you can cruise down lane 2 and come straight off at the junction as there are 2 lanes going into Cribbs.

Always happy to make progress through the numpties!

Unfortunately I was one of the numpties, I didn't realise until too late. It's the parking that wound me up, perhaps the rest of it would've been tolerable without the parking hassle.

Bristol.

I like it, but I don't go anywhere near in December or January.

SWMBO drags me there from time to time. It's alright, but I do have to wear my 'scum-filtering rose-tinted glasses' to get through the day..... hehe
