I keep hearing about ten high street retailers which are expected to go out of business in 2009. Does anyone know who these ten are? I can't see the names listed anywhere, obviously for legal reasons.

Thanks

I'd say a few have to be phone shops, i've seen highstreets with 5-6 of them, all empty, and that was in the good times.

@Wacky - Thanks for the heads up on that thread. I was wondering though if anyone had the definitive list of ten rather than stores people thought may go.

Cheers

Unless one of them is MFI, in which case you'll get 3 mismatched faux-oak kitchen cabinet doors and an assortment of brass effect screws.

You're best to look at the other thread and join in there.

It was one of the Senior Partners at where I work that gave the main interview thats currently doing the rounds to the media. As he pointed out - he cannot mention names because it would be detrimental to the business involved. And yes - he'd probably get his ass sued!
