This weeks Country House rescue C4
Discussion
London marketing person and spiritualistic wife who wants to run a "holistic" beer making company and acting school in their Scottish House to help pay for the £20,000 a year upkeep and ongoing restoration.

It's seems one of his first acts of restoration was to paint the dining room green, GREEN! Perhaps through his yellow tinted specs it looked alright but it's hideous.

I haven't seen the programme but green is one of the classic Georgian colours. But not LIME!It's a great pity that generations of swingeing Government taxes, death duties and IHT have seen these classic places brought to the brink of destruction.
