Anyone else not received presents ordered via the Interweb this year?
I ordered a gift voucher for an experience for two via Latminute.com a week ago and it hasn't turned up.
I'm very suitably pissed off, now I have to try and find another gift solution in the next few hours.
Anyone else been let down?

If you speak to Lastminute.com they'll be able to send you an e-voucher so that you at least have something to give to the other person. I've had this issue with them before and they were really helpful about it.
Thanks.I've emailed them and I am awaiting a reply.
Fortunately I close to a very, very coffee shop and I know the intended recipient loves coffee. I have just bought them a Bialetti Stove Pot, Coffee and a pair of Espresso Cups and Saucers.
Hardly surprised. I got home yesterday and found a delivery in the hall for a neighbour - we take their deliveries in frequently. When I looked at the address, the number was correct, but it was completely the wrong street - and my dappy daughter had signed for it. I took it round straight away in case it was someone's Christmas present, and you know, the woman didn't even say thanks.
Bah humbug!

never, ever use standard post for anything you need/remotely care about (from an ex employee
). I use special by 1pm, or anything priority with track number.
there are too many shister companies who say they've sent it when they haven't, from work and personal experience.
Yep, I've learnt my leason.
