Economic Crisis - Looking After Number One...

PH is full of threads describing the dire state of the economy, but shouldn't we only care about ourselves. This sounds awful, but there is massive opportunity to be had from the desperate times we are in, and those who have the tenacity to stand upon the unemployed and starving have a very good chance of finishing the recession sat on their own private beach!
This isn't my own view, I'm right, but not far right - but should we care about the FTSE plunging or Zavvi going bust? Too many people here seem to be waiting for, even willing, the recession to suck them up and turn their lives upside down - isn't it time we all cared for number one, survival of the fittest as it were?

But isn't this the way the World should work? The UK has supported scum for years at the expense of tax payers - this scum bred, borrowed more money than they could ever afford to pay back and generally made our Country a s

Simply put, now is a good time to have money to spend... Bargain are there to be had, so yes, look after number 1 whether it be buying a house or car or any other goods where you can negotiate to get it cheaper.
