my partner ordered a ipod from www.sorrocodirect.com ,the money was taken from the credit card on 27th november,nothing recieved,so we had to buy an other one(as was due to be a christmas pressie for daughter)tried ringing the number but no reply,requested a ring back no reply,cant text etc as voicemail is full????,anyone used this company before-what do you suggest we do,thanks phil

Sorry if you were ripped off, but you should really use your common sense when buying online.
Use well-known reputable dealers. If you are unsure of the dealer, take 5 minutes to do a little research on them. Google is your friend as always with this.
Always use a credit card for purchases. You'll get your money back swiftly if you are caught out and remember the number one rule:

beanbag thanks for the words of support!!!!,seriously,my partner and i know cock all about computersthe website seemed fine(we found it on google)and appears ok to me,and obviously everyone else who has been conned.the ipod was paid for by my partners ex hubby,how does he get his money back,is there any way to hack into the website to warn others,not that i advocate anything illegal.
