I never bought one for that very same reason. I have a missus to tell me I'm getting fat, I don't want my games console telling me too! Anyway, I'm not overweight, I'm just well upholstered.

Ive lost 2 stone in the last 4 months. Eating very healthily, got to teh stage where I was not missing anything food wise and doing the odd bike ride.

Then I had to spend 3 weeks away with work which means breakfast, lunch and evening meal on ex's obviously I have to have a few beers don't I. I'm with the lads and my self control is just not good enough.

I just cant sit there watching them eating chinese and drinking beer. While I eat salad and drink water

Yep in 3 weeks I put a stone back on frown

I've put on just a tad over 3 stone in 6 months, previous to this i had lost 4 stone and was in training for an ironman.
As soon as i've had my operation on my knee on the 12th of jan, i'm hitting it big time, i plan to drop 3 stone next year as fast as possible.

Lost 4 stone whilst travelling. Been back 2 months and <bam!> one of the bds is back.

Harrumph.

I've been dancing my arse off tonight in a vain attempt to get shot of some of it. Unfortunately, I was also quaffing many overpriced bottles of beer.

Damn.

Funny you should mention that...

(for some daft reason I singularly failed to capitalise. Must be something to do with being in love with a blonde barmaid girl I met in NZ biggrin)

You know you're getting fat quick...when the jeans you bought in May no longer fit you in September.

Basically since moving to the USA I've not worked (used to have an active job) and waiting for the visa to come through is a painstakingly slow process. Couple that with dining out a lot and I've gone from 209 lbs to 270lbs.

No more though, I have 5 days of crap left and then its a new start with a target weight loss of 75lbs in 2009.
