Both my local Shell garages used to have Sainsburys stores attached, and now both no longer do.

What's the deal with that?? That used to be really handy. Is it just round my way, or have they fallen out of love?

Interesting isn't it? Happened to my Shell too. Removal of convenience. How convei... errr, maybe not.

My local bank closed this weekend as well.

And I have to queue for 10 minutes in every bloody petrol station I go to.

And we I have to work until 70 before I retire.

I tell you - we're peddling backwards - fast.

Awesome. No more waiting behind fat s that forgot their eggs when doing the weekly shop, and then park on the pumps.

The Shell garage near my work also got rid of it's Sainsbury's mini store about 3 months back. Now they sell a lot less and it's a complete rip off. Like £4.80 for a fking baguette! They're having a Steffi! [They also got rid of flumps! frown ]

You might have a point but then again they always seemed 'crumblier' than todays sticky offerings...
