eBay - Buy it Now Item refunded

Just a quick one for you eBayers on here...
Bought an item off eBay, as a Buy it Now, it also said they had 10 items to sell. I paid via PayPal straight away.
Next day I get an email saying that the item I bought was not meant to be sold at that price, it was an error and something to do with been a Turbolister that automatically relists unsold items. They refunded me. But this item I really wanted, do I have any feet to stand on?

You could try, but despite you winning you'd probably not get it and end up with a dispute. There's nothing much you could legally throw at them, and if you did, chances are you'd just get a smashed up item come through the post

Annoying thing is they removed the auction but its gone back online today for the same price?!!
