How many others have grown a "christmas beard" Ive bumped into a few people who have this year as we dont have to go back to work until the 5th, which gives you a good shot at getting through the " i just cant be bothered to shave phase".

the question is now, should it stay or should it go?

hahahaha!
I had a christmas beard until this afternoon.
Shaved it off for work, and - all being well, for the ladies tonight hehe

last christmas I grew a good all-over beard, which got to the same length as my hair (very short hair btw.) It looked like I was wearing a hairy helmet smile

Sorry got the wrong idea about this thread.... thought it might be about Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes going to a festive knees up.

If you keep the beard he might not recognize you and you'll get away with it!

Not back to work until the 12th, currently sporting a lovely Christmas Beard. Am not going out tonight (nice quiet one on my own tonight, with you fine people for company here!) so won't shave until I have to go back to work. smile

The itchiness goes after a bit, stick with it! I grew a beard whilst on holiday around 8 years ago, my missus liked it and told me to keep it. Every day since then I have been grateful for the freedom from the tyranny of shaving. All I do is whip over it with a beard trimmer once a week.

yeah, my ex hated my beard. she said that men only have them as we have something to hide....

never did get that? it's not like we can stick a roll of cash in our beards?

At a pre christmas curry we all drunkenly decided to beard up and donate a few bob to charity, for me it was basically an excuse for my usual lack of personal grooming but it's for the kiddies so everyone chipped in.

We've raised quite a bit and I look dead rugged!
