New Year or Neuclear war

Nipped out for a drive on nice open clear road, then nipped into the ASDA car park, no cars,



Thought, its either

a) New years day, or
b) There has been a Global Thermal Neuclear War....


Then I though, "Naw, can't be a war on, if there was a war, the women would still be bloody shopping like theres no tomorrow".

So by clear concise deducion of the facts prested, decided it's New Year Day. Happy 2009 to one and all.

I thought that supermarkets didn't open on NYD, but Mrs Puggit popped in to the supermarket that doesn't sell alcohol to adults in pairs today and it was open...

Yes, she was alone.

But she has since allowed me to drink some of the red wine she bought - and no one has barged the door down yet asking for id

Driving down the A90, looked over and was shocked at the sight of an EMPTY car park, on 31st, couldnt find a space for love nor money, women were shopping like it was the end of the earth....
