Off to Florida in Feb and wondered if any PH's can recommend any Holiday Villa's to rent from one to two weeks during Feb ?

Has anyone rented out there and can you recommend any contacts ?

Thanks for your help

This place is owned by a member of the MOCGB who I'm sure is a PH as well.

Southern Dunes is a nice development, probably 30 mins to drive to "tourist central", but there is a Walmart just outside the gates, which is very handy.

Whatever villa you end up renting, get a south facing pool!

I haven't stayed at that particular place, but they all seem to be very similar in terms of amenities, decor, etc etc.

Wireless broadband is also another essential, and a kettle! But take your own teabags!

Spring Break is in March.
Doesn't really matter which way the pool is facing, unless it's heated it will be too cold to swim in in Feb.
Publix supermarkets sell PG Tips tea bags (in the ethnic foods aisle). Walmart is not a very nice place to be anytime, anywhere.
Try this place for a cheap, late deal (all owners, not agents).

Wow they look nice. I can't see any prices, is it a case of if you have to ask, you can't afford it.

The 3 bedroom one I stayed in at peak season was, from memory, around 150 pound per night. Sounds quite expensive compared to others, but if you were to hire a boat on its own it would easily be 100 pounds a day.

They are stunning !
What do you think the prices are for just a week ?!

How good would it be to live there though?

My sis-in-law has a villa in Kissimmee.

Not been there but it has 4 beds, pool, games room etc.

Dunno if it's free but here's the website http://www.birdiesvilla.co.uk/
