Has anyone else out there had the bout of flu that went round only a week ago, and has now got a nose that it is impossible to breath out of a throat that feels like swollowing sandpaper and a cough which is pointless yet very very annoying??

Because I have!!!

I can't hear much either and because when I'v coughed I'v stuck my tongue and now the underneath of that it sore!!
