Printing on plastic 0.8mm thick
Discussion
Hello!
Would anyone here be able to print on to plastic/acetate/whatever as the stuff I've got has cracked from old age. Basically, I have a back-of-bar fridge with some tacky desert island image on it (the plastic bends convex along the front-top of the bar fridge).
The dimensions are;
900mm x 110mm x 0.8mm
And it would be full colour (probably) and would need to be semi-tranparent as it is back-lit.
Any idea of cost?
Thanks,
Phil.

I'd say you want a sign maker: www.amershamsigndesign.co.uk should be close to you.

Yeah, could do it for you. Not sure how well it rolls though so that is why I was wondering on location.
Can probably Post it though (Hence the small cost)
But might be able to squeeze it for ya
Send me what the image is.
You got an .FTP or you could email me.

Thank you
- and yes, no problem with the charge! I can host the image somewhere if you can download it but I won't be able to until tonight. If that's OK?
Thanks again.
Sure. You can get to my email through Pistonheads right?! Or Post here. Thanks again.

I will only be able to do it during the day so send me as much info, images etc that you can and I will look into it tomorrow for you.
P.s We do all the Menus for KFC (the stuff behind the counter) so should have a bit of the stuff laying around
to a fellow Pistonhead'er!
