Yesterday i filled the car up and it cost 83.9p a litre. I drove past the same place again today yet it was now at 87.9. Morrisons hasnt changed from yesterday and is at 82.9
What causes one company to suddenly whack 4p a litre on whilst another can remain at the same level?
