Hiya,

Has anyone else been plagued by called from an Indian outfit claiming to be doing consumer research? Their number is 0003072151001. I've done a search and several other people seem to be having trouble with them too, but so far I haven't found any info on how best to stop them calling.

Thing is, they're phoning several times a day. I've asked them repeatedly to stop calling, but they still come back!

Any ideas?

Are they asking for you by name? If so, say that person doesn't live here

Register with the TPS. After about 2 weeks, the calls should stop. I always mention I am with the TPS and calls from the firms do stop fairly quickly. There is also the MPS (Mail) which works ok too

Well, I'm already registered with the TPS. And I've asked these people to stop, but they won't.

Oh, and to add insult to injury, they have no idea how to pronounce my name! That's quite normal, but being called "Sane" didn't amuse me much. hehe

Scream fk OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOFF down the phone at them and they won't bother calling back.

Either that or answer every question with fk Off.

I'll have to make sure it's them first, though. I'd like to stay in business if I can. hehe
