Someone at work has bugged me with this, can anyone name me a song with a particularly notable vocal, sung in Italian or Spanish that still gets the odd airplay today?
Sirry, is this a quiz or a challenge....?That 'ketchup' song from a few years ago still gets the odd bit of airplay, especially in summer.
And if you are listening to the radio in a latin american country, they mostly are all in spanish.

I always fancied Nana Mousskouri myself (not sure how you spell her name)http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=spfmcciWXKY
The trouble with Alize is that, if we had a UK equivalent, she would have to be called Gannet.
(This will only be undertood by those who are familiar with turboprop powered carrier borne anti-submarine aircraft).

I liked both the female singers from ABBA, especially the brunette. Both very under-rated as singers I felt.
The winner takes it all.
