Buying a washing machine online - recomended web sites?

Always a bit wary about ordering stuff online, so...

Other than the normal 'high street' branded websites, anyone got on any recomendations/experiences of trouble free web site ordering?

Yup was going to recommend Sainsbury as well. Have bought 3 appliances through them now with great service and no problems.

I must confess, our last two white goods were from, IIRC, Curry's online. The only problem was the delivery... 7:15am both times, two cheery 'little' buggers, laughing at my poor state of dress and obvious hangover! "Yeah mate, this is delivery number eight, haha!" bds!

Used them a few times. When I sent new stuff to my elderly mum the delivery guys were really helpful. Not supposed to fit it, but she got them to take out the old, and install the new.

I'll second that. Bought a flatscreen tv from them but there was a memory problem (kept reloading the channels). Manufacturer Helpline said it would have to be changed. Rang Co-Op, exchanged a few days later as arranged, no hassle, no shouting.

Me too. Just bought a washing machine from them, ordered last Thursday (New Year's Day) and it arrived first thing Saturday. There's a code if you Google for an extra 10% off prices.

As above, I'd recommend John Lewis. Very good prices and the delivery chap arrived right on time. The fee for uplift of the old washing machine was very reasonable too unlike some other stores we got quotes from.

Always use a little shop down the road from me, similar prices to the big boys but they also keep spares in stock so I like to support them.
