The full story. The good news is that the extra £50 billion the chubsters are going to cost the NHS can easily be paid for by the surplus on cigarette tax, if I remember right there's substantially more than £50 billion left from the tax after the £30 billion that we (well, ex me anyway now) cost the NHS every year - so we can do our bit to help society by spending some of it on the fat bds instead
