Ive had one of these cards fro nearly 2 years now and in that time ive only received one money off fuel voucher (£4.50) even though i buy approx 50 litres of the stuff every week. I phoned up today and finally spoke to someone from the subcontinent who said that there had been a problem with the issuing of them, and i was due to recive my next money off voucher in the 2nd week of Feb.

Have any of you had problems receiving your 0.00001% cash back fuel voucher thingy?

Seems very odd, I rang them 2 years ago regarding a missing card, since then I haven't had a complaint for them, I get a total of £34 off with every statement, plus the relatively decent magazine.

The basic membership is free, and its more than I get from any other filling station, so why not?

Edited to add: Its 2p cheaper than anywhere else for 99 RON.

I think they're great, without fail every quarter for the last 2 years I've had a £50 voucher (the maximum they send) and I've banked another hundred odd quid if I want it! That's from 2 vans and 2 cars on fuel cards.

The bds havent even been recording my purchases properly!

My local garage has had a problem with the tank they use to store v-power in so I've been using the next nearest garage to fill up from. Every time I do its recorded as normal unleaded.

I've been waiting over a month for them to correct my points balance.

How do I check? Had one of these cards for at least 6 months and always present it but I've never had a statement.

Sorry, by registering, I meant actually contacting Shell when you didn't get your vouchers, lazy arse.

how much fuel does it take to get 1000 points?

Thinking I might have to sign up as, at the end of the day, its free fuel 'eventually'
