Ooooh creme de methe with baileys floated on top, about 50:50 in a shot glass. Down in one it tastes similar to a good old mint choc chip Cornetto!! Perfect after a few hours in the piste.

None of which is my normal tipple.

So far I've been off the booze all week, but there will be dark evenings where I'll get through the lot no doubt.
